Introducing: World Traveler

World Traveler Embroidery Pattern

my sample stitching

It's here, it's here! After many revisions, I am finally satisfied with my "World Traveler" embroidery pattern. With summer vacations on the brain and an abiding love of classic design, I wanted it to showcase a handful of special items from the golden age of travel so you will find an old leather suitcase complete with destination stickers, a ticket stub, binoculars, a medium format vintage camera and a roll of film, an iconic Lockheed Electra plane like the one flown by Amelia Earhart, and last but certainly not least, a "par avion" airmail envelope complete with postage!

The pattern can be used to embroider any number of items ranging from passport covers and bags to quilt blocks and luggage tags. It is available in the shop ready for you to stitch it up on the project of your fancy—check it out here to see more photos.
