Aaaaaaand we're back! Err, almost...

jasmine tea
...a quiet saturday morning at our house...

It looks as though my blog is one of the many that blogger has bypassed and not restored since the major snafu this week and so my major post is gone with the wind (haha of course it was that post right?)...hopefully only for the time being and hopefully blogger will be more forthcoming with information as to when they expect things to be fully functioning. Things take time, but they take a lot less time and are much easier if you put a little effort into managing expectations (hint hint blogger, if there's anything useful I gained from my time working in Corporate America, it's that). I've never had an issue with the blogger platform before this and so have no other reason to believe that things will not be put right soon...just my own impatience at their lack of communication.

Well anywho, major post here or there, I want to say a heartfelt thank you to each of you that took the time to comment on it! Your kind words meant a heck of a lot to me upon broaching a subject of a much more delicate nature than usual and, as they so often do, your thoughtful responses act as a balance to my own that help me to put a gauge on the direction and tenor of the subsequent path that this blog will take. I'm just half of the equation and I thank you for pulling up a chair to complete it!

I'm off to bury myself in more prep work for the Providence Art Festival...hope everyone has a great weekend!

I know how frustrating!! None of my posts seemed to have disappeared but I couldn't log on for a couple of days and I noticed some blogs that I follow got all messed up.

Urghhh!! Oh well, the day goes on...

Wishing you a lovely weekend Kat!!

My missing post was restored, only without the comments that had been left.

Love the jasmine tea -- I just picked up some at the Spice Market on our trip to Philly.

All I drank in Japan was jasmine tea, I really should try and find some I can make here.

One of the benefits to having your own domain (backups etc) is the lack of fatal crashes, but more money and more upkeep instead!
